InnoVision Hub emerged as a bold idea in the Nordics in 2022, amidst global uncertainty and industry transformation. Rooted in the unwavering ambition to exceed the evolving expectations of Compass Group clients, the idea quickly came to take form: A pioneering innovation unit established not just to respond to change but to lead it.

The idea came from a simple question: How might we do more for our clients, our teams, and our industry? That question ignited a movement. Born in the collaborative spirit of the Nordic markets, InnoVision Hub was built around a clear purpose—to solve critical challenges, unlock opportunities, and reimagine service excellence across food, hospitality, and beyond

From day one, InnoVision has thrived through partnership. By working hand-in-hand with clients and internal teams, the Hub has co-created solutions that deliver measurable value.
